Mount Everest is not the only highlight of the Himalayas it's home to snow leopards, Himalayan wolves and Tibetan bears. In Sanskrit the Himalayas are known as the 'abode of snow' but they provide rich and varied habitats for the animals and plants that live there; from the forests of the foothills to ice-bound peaks and mountain lakes. Some of the most memorable moments from the BBC's natural history archive have been filmed here including the magnificent snow leopard filmed for 'Planet Earth'.
As the Hollywood Reporter pointed out, Depp has recently been in the news because of a few different personal issues. In January, Depp filed a lawsuit against his former business managers at the Management Group, alleging claims including fraud and negligence. And in May, two of Depp’s former bodyguards sued him for charges including “unpaid wages, wrongful termination, and unlawful business practices,” Entertainment Tonight reported. Aside from the lawsuits, Depp has been dealing with the finalization of his divorce settlement, as well as the death of his mother in 2016. Depp’s divorce from actress Amber Heard was finalized in January 2017, with a $7 million settlement. Heard accused Depp of domestic abuse, a claim Depp’s attorney said in 2016 was an attempt “to secure a premature financial resolution” in the divorce proceedings. Heard has since donated money she received from the divorce settlement to various charities, including the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. As THR notes, Depp appears to be in good enough health to be working on several new movies. According to his IMDb page, Depp has four movies scheduled to be released this year, in addition to Sherlock Gnomes, which was released in March. Depp’s music and film career seems to be thriving, and he doesn’t owe anyone an explanation about the changes to his appearance.
